Dear fellow tasters,
It was after a wonderful conversation with two expecting couple friends in Senayan City, catching up and chit-chatting about maternal topics and others, that we felt a bit hungry and one pregnant lady suggested an early dinner at Spageddies. The place is your typical family Italian restaurant with red vinyl sofa and homey decor and the menu selection is more on the traditional Italian side such as spaghetti and assorted pasta, pizza, primo, salad and other specialties.
We ordered several items to share: caesar salad, spaghetti ham & mushroom, penne alfredo, combo manicotti & cannelloni and vegetable sizzlelini. The food certainly was quite enjoyable and the portion serving was great for sharing although I couldn’t seem to think of any notable impression. From all, I would mention two that I enjoyed most, the creamy-meets-tomatoey manicotti & cannelloni and the refreshingly unique tomato-based vegetable sizzelini served in a hot sizzling pan.
Enjoy your pasta!
